TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking services with MOG FILMS, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

- A non-refundable deposit of [50]% is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.
- Accepted payment methods: Gcash and Cash only

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellations within the day of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 2 days before the scheduled shoot, subject to availability.

3. Deliverables

- Final edited photos and videos will be delivered within 5-7 days after the shoot.
- Deliverables will be provided in soft copy via Google drive

4. Intellectual Property

- MOG FILMS retains all copyright to the images and videos.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must ensure all necessary permissions, permits, and consents are obtained for the shoot location and subjects.
- Clients are required to provide accurate information and cooperate fully for the successful execution of the services.

6. Liability

- MOG FILMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

7. Force Majeure

- MOG FILMS is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
